A wonderful time was had by all who attended the two-day event last year. We could not have asked for better weather. The crafters had beautiful articles, the food vendors kept us all well fed and the attendance was wonderful. Thank you to everyone who attended! ICE CARVING SPECTACULAR 2008

February 16th & 17th
Once again, we had a very successful Ice Spectacular this year. Even with the Michigan weather, so many people enjoyed the Library Book Sale, ice sculptures, carriage rides, warming room and the chili testing. The businesses who purchased the blocks of ice need to be commended for their participation supporting the Utica Library in these difficult times.

W e especially want to thank the following supporters who came to our aid and helped make the Ice Carving Spectacular 2008 a true success:

James Priestley, Chairman of the Event, City of Utica Downtown Development Authority, Parks and Recreation Commission, Sterling Heights Area Chamber of Commerce, Advisor Source Newspaper, Tom Steeh, Rabaut Printing, Utica Florist, Cactus Jacks, Hatchy's, Locker Room, Shamrock Pub, Dave & Busters, Costco, Liberty Tax Service, Articulate Signs and all City employees.

Thank you all for your support and thank you all who came to our Ice Carving Spectacular 2008.
